This document describes what this website actually does, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published in good faith and will be replaced with a reviewed version.
These terms cover your use of the Creators Cluster website and the free brand audit offered on it. They are not the agreement for paid work, which is set out separately in writing before any campaign begins.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything on this site. Please do not copy the writing, design or campaign material here for use as your own, and do not use the site in a way that interferes with it working for other people.
The free brand audit
The brand audit is offered free and carries no obligation on either side. Requesting one does not create a contract, and we may decline a request if the business is not one we are able to help.
An audit is our professional opinion based on what is publicly visible about your brand and what you tell us. It is a recommendation, not a guarantee. What you do with it is your decision, and the results depend on your business, your offer, your market and how the work is carried out.
Results shown on this site
Where we describe work done for a client, we describe what actually happened, with that client’s permission. Those results are specific to that business, that offer and that campaign. They are not a projection of what any other business will achieve. We do not promise revenue, growth, reach or ranking.
Paid work
Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables and ownership for any paid engagement are agreed in writing before work starts. Where those terms and this page differ, the written agreement is the one that applies.
Links to other sites
This site links to profiles and pages we do not control, including social media. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
