This document describes what this website actually does, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published in good faith and will be replaced with a reviewed version.
This policy explains what Creators Cluster collects when you use this website or request a free brand audit, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Creators Cluster is a brand strategy and creator campaign agency based in Kathmandu, Nepal. You can reach us at creatorscluster123@gmail.com with any question about this policy or about information we hold.
What we collect
We collect the information you type into the brand audit form. That is:
- Your name and your business name.
- Your website address or Instagram profile.
- Whether you would like your audit sent by WhatsApp or by email, and the number or address you give us for that.
- Your answers to the four qualification questions about your business stage, your biggest problem, your current marketing spend and your timing.
We also record how you reached the site: campaign parameters carried on the link you followed, such as utm_source and utm_campaign, the site that referred you, and the page you first landed on. These are held in your browser for the duration of your visit and attached to your request so we know which campaign it came from. They describe the link, not you.
This site does not load an analytics, advertising or social tracking script. It sets no cookies of its own and no third-party cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the script is added.
How we use it
We use what you send us to prepare your brand audit and to contact you about it using the method you chose. We use the campaign parameters to understand which of our own campaigns are working. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Your request is delivered to our inbox through EmailJS, an email delivery service, and is stored in the email account that receives it. Those providers process the message in order to deliver it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with creators, advertisers or any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for as long as we are in contact with you about your brand, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to creatorscluster123@gmail.com and we will act on it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will stop.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
